i appreciated the hotel's central location. it was easy to access nearby attractions. the staff promptly secured my forgotten items after checkout (passports and money). they stored them safely until i returned.

The concierge, tomas, remembered me and anticipated my needs, a really nice touch. i found the location very convenient, near orchard road for easy access to shopping (i bought two shirts!). the staff was friendly and efficient. I had prompt service. the hotel has beautiful gardenswith a peaceful retreat.
The hotel exterior lighting could be improved. It was a bit dim at night.
